The house is on Dixon Rd. near University Dr., which is a short distance from Duke, downtown Durham, and the 15-501 Freeway restaurants (Gugelhupf, Foster's Market, NuvoTaco, Thai Café, Q Shack, etc.). The house was completed in June of 2021. There are four bedrooms - three plus the main suite, and three full bathrooms. All the common areas will be furnished! So, you only have to worry about furnishing your room. Some of the amenities include: • In-house laundry machines • Chairs for the front and back porch, as well as a BBQ • TV, couch, and coffee table • Dining room table, chairs, and bar stools • Tons of built-in storage all around the house • Walk-in closets • Dedicated space in the garage for each tenant to store personal items A bit of the details. The lease runs from August 1st to July 31st. The bedroom is $825/month and it shares a bathroom with another housemate. Everyone splits utilities equally, which run about $125/month/person, depending on the season. As the owner, I've lived in the house since I bought it. I'm moving out to live in another part of Durham while I continue to run my small business, an indoor farm.
