Beautiful new construction home on 1.25 acres in Turtlewood and minutes from downtown Southport - this upgraded home has huge amounts of open areas and many unique features! When you walk up the front steps you are greeted by a very large covered concrete porch with recessed lights and ceiling fans - plenty of room for rocking chairs and a table or two. Once you enter the home you notice the office on the right has pocket doors and plenty of room to work nor play. Walking around outside you notice a platform on the side with the air conditioner strapped to it as well as a switch gear and gas piping for a whole home generator to be installed at a future time. Walking back to the driveway you note plenty of room for many cars on the concrete drive to the side entrance garage and think this place is perfect!
