Bennett Robinson is a North Carolina and South Carolina Licensed Real Estate Broker who currently works for Red Door Company managing a diverse portfolio of properties. Bennett graduated from Bucknell University with a Business Degree in the 1977 and subsequently launched a 30 year career after opening his own management company. The company managed Home Owner Associations, timeshare and fractional hotels. Bennett relocated to the Triangle after selling the company and to enjoy the arrival of his new grandsons. Bennett joined Red Door Company after leaving South Carolina and has been building a diverse portfolio of properties that range from large homes to one bedroom townhouses. Bennett strives to provide excellent service to his clients and customers alike. While the vast majority of properties are located in Chapel Hill and Carrboro, Bennett does manage properties in Chatham County and surrounding areas. When Bennett is not attending to work, he can be found assisting in the daily care of his two grandsons that live in Chapel Hill. Bennett loves to attend the Carrboro Farmers Market on Saturdays and spend time in the kitchen. Occasional trips to the driving range and golf outings is also on the radar for Bennett.

This home is the best value in town: After counting the interest you save by assuming the 2.875% interest rate, the price is $104 per square foot.  For a  4-year old home?  Yes!  Every buyer wishes they could go back to 2022’s rock bottom interest rates; with this house, you can!
