Initial Fee Plus Percentage

Pay a one-time flat fee of $395.00 plus 10% of the rent we collect over the duration of the lease ($95/mo minimum).

Contingency Fee Plus Percentage

Pay only if we lease your property. When we sign a lease, pay half of first month's rent plus 10% of rent collected over the duration of the lease ($95/mo minimum).

Lease & Re-Lease

Perfect for landlords who handle their own tenants, rent collection, maintenance and other routine responsibilities of property management. Our team handles all the duties related to marketing, showing, screening and lease negotiations. Pay a flat fee equal to one month's rent and benefit from our expertise and innovative technology designed to minimize vacancies and maximize rental income.
